Globalscape EFT by HelpSystems Simplifies File Transfer Offering for Customers with 8.0.7 Release

MINNEAPOLIS (December 21, 2021)—Fortra (formerly HelpSystems) today announced that its Globalscape EFT offering has been simplified. To deliver easier, more streamlined licensing and feature accessibility to all of its customers seeking enhanced file transfers, Globalscape EFT is pleased to announce a single Globalscape platform, effective with the file transfer solution’s 8.0.7 release. 

The reconfigured Globalscape EFT (formerly Globalscape EFT Express and EFT Enterprise) helps customers better personalize their Globalscape experience by allowing for the addition or removal of desired modules as needed, without restriction from the platform.  

Customers are receiving complete details on how this new, streamlined offering can help them personalize and scale environments. 

Existing EFT Express customers can upgrade to the more robust Globalscape EFT at no cost. With this upgrade EFT administrators will be able to configure EFT in an Active-Active (High Availability) cluster and add modules previously only available in EFT Enterprise, such as AS2, AWE, and Remote Agent. Additionally, existing EFT Enterprise customers can now benefit from new EFT core features.
