MINNEAPOLIS, Aug. 28, 2020 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Fortra (formerly HelpSystems) today announced the successful completion of its cash tender offer for all of the outstanding shares of common stock of managed file transfer solutions provider GlobalSCAPE, Inc.
