Installation and Activation Instructions for Licensed Users

Step 1: Download and Installation

  1. Find your software and version number below and click on one of the download links. Make sure you select the product name and version number that exactly matches your registration serial number.
  2. To start the installation immediately, click Open or Run this program from its current location. To copy the program to your computer for installation at a later time, click Save or Save this program to disk
  3. Follow the onscreen installation instructions.

Step 2: Registration and Activation

  1. Start the program and then type your Registration Serial Number when you are prompted for it.  For activation to complete successfully, you must be connected to the Internet and have administrator privileges on your computer.  If you are not prompted for the Registration Serial Number, then open the Help menu and click Enter your serial number or Register your purchased copy as applicable.
  2. For more detailed registration, activation or upgrade instructions, visit the Support Center for your program or consult the program's Help file.

WAFS Continuous Data Protection (CDP) Downloads

WAFS 3 CDP runs on Windows Server 2008, Windows Vista, Windows Server 2003, Windows XP Professional and Windows 2000. If you are currently using an older version of WAFS CDP, contact the WAFS Tech Support Team prior to upgrading.  Additionally, it is extremely important that you follow the upgrade instructions.
