Matt Goulet Promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing at Globalscape
San Antonio – GlobalSCAPE, Inc., the secure information exchange company, announced today, the promotion of Matt Goulet to Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing. Goulet joined Globalscape in September 2013 as Vice President of Sales. In his short time with Globalscape, Goulet and his teams have helped contribute to unprecedented company growth. In 2014 Goulet’s teams:
- Set a new record for the best revenue quarter in Q2 2014, beating a record that stood for seven years, in Q4 2014 they beat the newly set record by over a million dollars
- Achieved over $29M in bookings, the highest ever for Globalscape
- Reached 24 percent year over year growth in total bookings and 21 percent year over year growth for new logo bookings
He has also overseen the rapid growth Globalscape has had in the channel, earning recognition by CRN as a 2014 Channel Chief.
As Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing, Goulet will continue to be responsible for Globalscape’s worldwide go-to-market strategy and all sales-related functions, including sales engineering and sales operations. He is responsible for the consumer and B2B product lines, as well as all global sales channels including direct, indirect and online. Additionally, Goulet is responsible for the company’s global marketing initiatives including field marketing, channel marketing and demand generation.
