GlobalSCAPE to Provide LYCOS, Inc.'s Sites With Fast Way to Transfer Files Across the Internet

SAN ANTONIO, TX - GlobalSCAPE, Inc., a wholly owned Internet subsidiary of American TeleSource International, Inc. (ATSI) (OTC BB: AMTI - news), announced today it entered into an agreement with Lycos, Inc. (NASDAQ: LCOS), the fastest growing Internet portal and the world's largest online community, to provide Lycos with a branded version of their File Transfer Protocol (FTP) client, CuteFTP, and their Web page editor, CuteHTML.

Lycos Network users will be able to download a branded copy of CuteFTP and CuteHTML while visiting three Lycos Network sites--Lycos.com, Tripod.com (from http://www.tripod.com/build/cuteftp/), and Angelfire.com. The programs have been tailored to Lycos Network users with unique links to Lycos Network sites, help files for building homepages on the Lycos Network, and in-product advertising targeted to Lycos Network users.
