GlobalSCAPE, Inc. (NYSE MKT: GSB), a pioneer and worldwide leader in the secure and reliable exchange of business information, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.015 per share of common stock.
The dividend is payable on March 8, 2016, to shareholders of record at the close of business at 5:00 pm Eastern Time on February 23, 2016.
