SAN ANTONIO - GlobalSCAPE Inc., a wholly owned subsidiary of American TeleSource International Inc. (ATSI) (OTC BB: AMTI - news), announced today that it has signed an agreement with WebSideStory to distribute their Web traffic reporting software, HitBOX Tracker(tm).

HitBOX Tracker(tm) is one of the leading Web-based visitor traffic analyzer software products available on the Internet. It provides over 300 real-time statistics and counts over 100 million hits per day on over 280,000 Web sites, helping users make informed decisions about site designs, client bases and marketing strategies. HitBOX Tracker(tm) specifically helps users determine who visits Web sites and when, whether or not a site's design meets the technical capabilities of the targeted audience, and the effectiveness of associated advertising campaigns.

The latest version of GlobalSCAPE's popular Web page editing tool, CuteHTML(tm), includes a registration form, accessible from the tool bar, allowing Web site designers to seamlessly integrate HitBOX Tracker(tm) software onto their respective Web sites. HitBOX Tracker(tm) is free to users; however, GlobalSCAPE will collect a referral fee for each customer signing up for the software.

Sandra Poole-Christal, GlobalSCAPE's president, stated, "A key component of our strategy is to use the shareware versions of our core products as 'portals' to attract creative advertising opportunities and 'revenue generating' agreements with other on-line retailers and service providers. We have the unique ability to quickly market complementary products to our growing user base; consequently, we believe a high percentage of CuteHTML(tm) users will sign on with WebSideStory for HitBOX Tracker(tm)."

Geoff Johnston, WebSideStory's marketing and communications manager, commented, "One of our goals is to have as many Web site designers as possible use HitBOX Tracker(tm) software. With approximately 15,000 daily downloads of CuteHTML(tm), the GlobalSCAPE partnership is a great way to quickly reach the Webmaster community."

CuteHTML(tm) is a Windows®-based HTML editor assisting novice users and Webmasters alike to produce quality Web sites. CuteHTML(tm) utilizes the most advanced coding techniques for quick file access and unlimited file editing, while at the same time maintaining a small memory footprint and executable size. A free evaluation copy of CuteHTML(tm) can be downloaded at www.globalscape.com.

A privately held company, WebSideStory was established in 1996 to provide its members with superior Internet technologies and services that bridge the gap between Web sites and their audiences. WebSideStory is considered a leader in Internet traffic analysis, traffic building and user trends. It is the creator of HitBOX Tracker(tm), the most widely used Web traffic analysis tool; HitBOX.com, the largest community of independent Web sites ranked by traffic; and StatMarket, one of the most accurate sources for data on Internet user trends.
