May 24, 2007:  CuteZIP has been discontinued

GlobalSCAPE has discontinued sales and further development of CuteZIP. This decision was made so that we might better allocate resources to the development of new product concepts in our secure file management software line.

  • If you already purchased CuteZIP, you may continue using it indefinitely.
  • Existing support agreements will be honored until they expire.
  • Online self-help technical support resources will remain available through June 1, 2008 at a minimum.
  • Registration and activation services will remain available indefinitely.
  • Although CuteZIP is discontinued, it remains protected under copyright laws and the End User License Agreement.

GlobalSCAPE will honor existing Priority Support plans for CuteZIP until they expire.

Personal technical support for CuteZIP is limited to installation and configuration assistance only and is available only to eligible CuteZIP users that have an unexpired priority support plan.  Technical support for older versions is available only through our online self-help resources.  Technical support for CuteZIP does not include advanced issues such as HTML development, development of Web sites, or any other issues not directly related to the workings of CuteZIP.
